Our client is a sizable corporation with rapidly growing business within Retail sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Senior Talent Development Manager, overseeing both frontline and corporate staff.
About the role
Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions.
Partner with business leaders to design career ladder for all frontline staff and provide relevant support in learning for their development.
Develop comprehensive plan to drive and promote corporate culture, covering both frontline and corporate population.
Support the coordination of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance the organization's training offerings.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder with major in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations
Solid understanding and be passionate about staff learning and development
Independent, proactive and with problem solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
