Job Duties工作內容:

• Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting
  提供系統技術支援和故障排除
• Responsible for on-site software installation and upgrade
  負責到現場為客戶進行軟件安裝和升級
• Provide general equipment maintenance to ensure an efficient operation of systems
  提供一般設備維護以確保系統有效運作
• Handle customers' inquiries
  處理客戶一般查詢
• Provide software and product training according to customer needs
  根據客戶需求提供軟件及產品培訓

About you入職要求:

• 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
  有一至兩年客戶服務或系統技術支援經驗
• Good knowledge of Windows based products and tools
  對Windows產品、工具有充分認識
• Good knowledge of Wan and Lan support
  具有區域網絡(WAN) 及局部區域網絡(LAN)的良好知識
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese and with good telephone manner
  良好中英文溝通能力和電話禮儀
