A typical day in this role:
Working days: Every Tue and Thu ( 10:00- 19:00 )
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
- Assist in gifts redemption
- Assist in inventory checking and storage
- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns
- Data Input
- Handle ad hoc task as requested by marketing team
- Support in occasional marketing event (e.g: workshop, expo) (as requested- during weekday PM /weekend)
- Venue set up, gift redemption, people flow management, members recruitment, etc.
About you:
- University student in marketing, media, communications or related discipline
- With knowledge of computer skills ( e.g: outlook, excel, google drive, etc.) & Chinese word processing
- Active and willing to learn
