A typical day in this role:

• Assist the project manager with overall project planning and coordination
• Maintain relationships with internal and external parties (e.g. design teams, vendors, and venues) to ensure smooth collaboration and completion of projects
• Provide administrative and logistical support to facilitate successful project execution, including on-site event day support
• Assist in drafting and proofreading event and promotional materials
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed

About you:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in events, communications, or marketing (fresh graduates are welcome)
• A positive "can-do" attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; good Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
