A typical day in this role:

• Facilitate content planning and propose new content formats for our recruitment platform “CTgoodjobs”
• Participate in daily editorial tasks, creating various types of content including SEO articles, social media posts, and video scripts
• Manage and collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality content projects
• Recommend and implement SEO/data-driven strategies to enhance page performance while improving organic visibility
• Review and analyze content performance aimed at increasing organic traffic and conversions

About you:

• Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Human Resources, or related fields
• At lease 4 years or more of relevant experience in digital content development
• Good Knowledge of SEO and AI generative tools
• Strong communication skills, including a good command of spoken and written Chinese
• Good management skills with a self-initiated personality
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Content Editor
