A typical day in this role:

• Conduct cold call to corperate clients to promote company’s product & services
• Provide up-to-date warm call for sharing product updates
• Provide professional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Meet sales targets established by team

About you:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• 1 year of experience in telemarketing will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
