Responsibilities:

Assist to implement new programmes and campaigns which elevate HKTDC suppliers’ and buyers' customer experience
Deliver face-to-face/ e-meet customer care services to HKTDC suppliers and buyers to ensure their smooth onboarding when using hktdc.com Sourcing
Analyse HKTDC suppliers’ online profiles to recommend measures to increase their online exposure and hence results
Collaborate with different functional teams to achieve customer experience objectives
Consolidate business data in relation to HKTDC suppliers’ and buyers’ activities on hktdc.com Sourcing for further analyses of customer needs and trends
Assist in conducting customer surveys and collecting feedback as well as generate leads
Handle marketing operational duties including internal and external customer enquiries, systematic depository of reports, analytics and budget etc.
Provide logistic support in organising online workshops and virtual events when required
Maintain onboarding processes, ensure adherence to rules and regulations, proper documentation and troubleshoot any operational issues with vendors

Requirements:

University degree with 3 years of working experience
Experience in customer service/marketing/ e-commerce industry will be a definite advantage
Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, outgoing, customer-oriented and well-organised
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant and mature personality
Able to work independently and under pressing deadlines
Willing to work outside office hours in case of customer support needs and virtual events

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
