Responsibilities:

To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events
To provide clerical and logistics support for organizing trade promotional projects, particularly in licensing and logistics sectors
To handle enquiries from event and undertake on-site duties
To assist in consolidating and updating project data and delegate information
To liaise and maintain close contact with delegates and potential customers
To perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules

Requirements:

University graduate with a minimum of 2 years' solid experience in Project Management/ Event Organizing/ Marketing/ Communication is preferred
Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, creative, with teamwork spirits and can meet tight deadlines

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
