We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support. This role requires a strong technical IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for IT operations, including system maintenance, and servicing of photography-related equipment and devices.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for PCs and other devices.
• Deliver timely and effective technical support and solutions on IT-related areas.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and up-to-date software and hardware inventory.
• Conduct research and develop innovative technologies to drive business growth.
• Handling ad-hoc projects is required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines with 1 years or above relevant working experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting and familiarity with IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
