Duties

• Oversee the management and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure components for application systems, including system configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance and security.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues associated with application systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Implement and uphold security measures in accordance with the policies to safeguard systems and data against vulnerabilities and threats.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide after-hours standby support on a rotating basis, including overtime and overnight duties as needed to address scheduled tasks, incidents, or urgent requests.
• Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of the Office or designated representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server administration, as well as Web Server management.
• Experience with OpenText, K2 , and/or Sitecore platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
