Responsibilities

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (website,social media, eDM, Mobile App, SEO, SEM, Ad placement, e-commerce, etc)Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms (FACEBOOK, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu)
• Strong English and Chinese copywriting skills to handle daily social media post
• Work with agencies and manage social media and marketing campaigns
• Conduct campaign performance reports regularly and identify insights and learnings with supervisors’ guidance
• Work outdoor to support sales activities , such as store visit and exhibition.

Requirements

• Degree holder in business, marketing, e-commerce or related fields
• At least 1 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Familiar with Social Media Analytics tools, website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to detail
• Adaptive to changes and be able to meet deadlines
