Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day first line end-user support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, offering solutions and guidance to users
  • Perform IT managerial tasks, including documentation, software and inventory controls, etc.
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirement Details:

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above 
  • At least 1 years of working experience in IT helpdesk or deskside support service
  • Solid experience in Window operation system support is required
  • Proficiency in solving technical issues related to PCs, LAN WAN and IT application etc.
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
