Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full-range of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries
• Support and assist in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars, and directors’ reports
• Co-ordinate meetings, prepare draft notices, agendas, minutes and other documentation for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders meetings
• Maintain and update proper statutory records and arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• 0-3 years relevant experience in sizable listed companies or professional firms
• Student Member /Qualified ICSA / HKICS
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will be considered
