Job duties of Researcher:

• Conduct thorough research to identify and source top candidates for various roles.
• Perform outreach calls to engage potential candidates and evaluate their fit for our clients' needs.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to create effective candidate engagement strategies.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings on relevant job boards to build candidate pipelines.
• Enhance the candidate and client pool through efficient use of the internal database, networks, and professional networking events.
• Participate in tender reviews and assist in proposal development.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide insights about TEKsystems and available opportunities.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in a role that combines people-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Cantonese; a certain level of English is required.
