Key Aspects About the Role:

Regional Marketing Strategy:

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to local market nuances, while upholding global brand objectives.
  • Leverage market research and customer insights to refine strategies based on regional competitive landscapes and cultural differences.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional stakeholders to maximize collaboration, marketing impact, and localized brand outcomes.

Performance Marketing and CRM:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Acquisition to oversee digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Utilize CRM insights to optimize customer journeys, focusing on retention and client value.
  • Provide data-driven guidance to marketing leaders, analyzing campaign performance and effectiveness to maximize ROI and enhance decision-making.

Global Brand Stewardship:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to architect a unified global brand strategy.
  • Oversee consistent brand messaging across all channels and regions, adapting to diverse audiences worldwide.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across diverse regions.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and progressive marketing strategies, encouraging data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute a people strategy to empower the marketing team to meet strategic goals, collaborating with internal teams to support unified marketing efforts.

Budget Management and Industry Awareness:

  • Manage the global marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to support key goals and optimizing spend throughout the year.
  • Stay abreast of Forex & CFD trends, marketing innovations, and technological advancements.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of senior marketing experience, specializing in global brand management and performance marketing for fast-paced, global organizations.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing marketing teams and delivering exceptional results. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
  • Creative thinker who can challenge the status quo.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and travel across diverse teams and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
