Role Description

This is a contract Information Technology Support Specialist role located in the Hong Kong. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support on-site. Daily tasks include resolving IT issues, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in providing Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience with network administration is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
