Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Deskside Support Technician role located in Hongkong China at H-Tech Supports. The Deskside Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with IT operations, and communicating effectively with users to resolve problems.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Software support
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
