RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of MICE events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and logistics management.
  • Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support the creation of event collateral, such as event program, digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market MICE events.
  • Collect and analyze event data, prepare post-event reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant records.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in MICE event planning or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of event industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the events.
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
