Job Summary:

Assist in establishment and maintenance of the infrastructure for data-driven audit analytics, and development of data-driven audit analytics programs and dashboards for auditors.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain the infrastructure for data-driven audit analytics
2. To understand and analyze the data analytics needs of various audit teams.
3. To establish, assess and arrange necessary tools and data source for data-driven audit analytics development.
4. Conduct and facilitate the development of data-driven audit analytics
5. To develop or facilitate auditors to develop the relevant data-driven audit analytics reports/ programs.
6. To deploy robotics process automation so that minimal manual effort is required to refresh the dashboards / run the audit analytics programs.
7. To provide guidance and technical support to auditors in performing data-driven audit analytics.
8. To assist in driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics models applying machine learning solutions where appropriate.
9. To stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of data science and analytics and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and techniques.
10. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Department Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial industry
• Fresh graduate with passion in data analytics will also be considered
• Sound knowledge of data analytics, including data preparation, data interpretation, model development and testing
• Proficiency of analytical tools and programming language (e.g. Python), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Experience with machine learning / big data technologies is an advantage
