Our client is one of the world leading insurance company and they are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Officer. 

Job duties:

• Handle complex claims cases, make decisions and recommendations as needed for Personal Accident and Medical new applications within the company's KPIs and approval limits.
• Address inquiries from sales channel representatives and internal staff.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the underwriting process and suggest potential improvements.
• Offer administrative support to the department, including preparing reports.
• Engage in testing and take on ad-hoc underwriting tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines
• 2-4 years of Personal Insurance and medical claim processing or General insurance experience. 
• Good analytical and organizational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, and detailed minded in problem-solving
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
• Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
