Your Role

As our Resident Interior Designer / Project Manager , you’ll be on-site ensuring every detail comes to life. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Guard our Design Intent : Secure our design concepts to be realized onsite practically and genuinely at a high standard.
• Bridge Project Stakeholder:  Ensure seamless communication among clients, consultants, contractors and our headquarters design team.
• Own the Project Administration : Take ownership of the preparation of the onsite project administration document. 
• Be the Problem-Solver : Promptly respond and collaborate with the client and consultant team to resolve the problems onsite. 
• Deliver Professional Service : Represent our company to deliver high-quality professional design and project manager service to our client.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree/diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in high-end design or project management, ideally on commercial projects.
• A strong background in site supervision, construction processes, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.
• A problem-solving mindset with a desire to leave your mark on an iconic project.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
