Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Account & Relationship Sales Manager to oversee all communications with key suppliers and customers.
• Prepare comprehensive order, sales, and purchase reports using MS Excel.
• Generate shipping documents and send them to the customers
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.  Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
• Strong team player.
