Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Prepare related documentation, including tenders, feasibility reports, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Periodically assess site operations, work performance, and workmanship as directed by the Project Manager.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the Housing Authority to ensure alignment on project matters.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in construction Management, Building Services, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 year of experience in construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is a distinct advantage.
• Command in spoken and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
