A new Hong Kong-based beauty brand for household beauty devices and skincare products, is now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online & offline marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


Job Description:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives




  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing , social media, display advertising and email marketing, etc.




  • Manage the marketing budget, analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure efficient allocation and optimization of resources




  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is well-optimized, user-friendly, and up-to-date with current content and product information




  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices




  • Prepare sales and marketing materials and presentations to pitch business




  • Develop and expand distribution networks, and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients (both B2B & B2C)




  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to senior management




Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field




  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin




  • Over 1 year of experience in a marketing role in beauty related field




  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytic s




  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms




  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making




  • Experience with budget management and maximizing ROI for marketing spend




  • High adaptability with multi-tasking skills




  • Fast-learning, creative, well-organized and detail-minded
