Key Responsibilities

Liaise with SFC about the license applications and answer all enquiries from SFC about different types of applications

Maintain regular compliance review program against business activities of the Group

Preparing responses to SFC inquiries and investigations

Assist in reviewing and updating various compliance policies of the Group on a regular basis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance

At least 3 years of experience on audit and financial institutions with strong knowledge of accounting, legal and finance

Good analytical and presentational skills, and the ability to manage projects and handling of multiple tasks simultaneously

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
