The Role:

• Provide targeted tutoring tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of individual students.
• Inspire students with positive energy and a supportive learning environment.
• Act as a mentor, guiding students in pursuing their unique interests and strengths, boosts their grades and instils confidence in their abilities.
• Maintain high professional ethics and integrity in all interactions.
• Focus on delivering effective lessons, especially for English subjects.
• Instilling ethics, values, and interpersonal skills to promote positive behavior and interactions.
• Evaluate and Monitor progress and providing timely progress reports.

Essential Qualities:

• Native / Fluent English Speakers for English Tutor Partners.
• Degree and/or teaching qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or PGCE.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Know students and parents’ psychology.
• Strong passion in education, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and fostering students' independent learning.
• Commitment to enhancing students' ethics, values, and interpersonal skills.
• Graduates or students from top universities will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and parents.
• A clear criminal record.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $180.00 - $270.00 per hour
