About the role
We are seeking a full-time Shipping Clerk / Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all shipping documentation and coordinate between customer and factory to ensure timely delivery of goods.
What you'll be doing
- Handle and prepare shipping document including delivery note and packing list
- Coordinate with factory and shipping agents for local and overseas shipment arrangement
- Work closely with account and project department for monitoring payment status before/ after delivery
- Assist in Company’s projects for liaising with various internal and external parties
- Maintain an update database and managing relevant document filing
- Prepare and update report
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in ERP, especially SAP will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and factory side
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
