E-Commerce Executive (Cosmetics & Beauty)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of direct online platforms and self-owned e-shops.
• Update website content, banners, and promotional rules.
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Monitor and generate regular reports on eCommerce marketing channels, including newsletters, affiliate marketing, and CRM.
• Manage product listings, order processing, inventory replenishment, and sales forecasting.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and create marketing calendars.
• Manage eCommerce backend systems and assist in website optimization projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in eCommerce backend systems is preferred.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of eCommerce Assistant.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for eCommerce are welcome to apply.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
