About the role

As the CRM Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Based in Kwun Tong District, this full-time position will see you supporting the performance and optimization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and refining the performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system
• Monitor system performance indicators and help apply enhancements for increased efficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business operations effectively
• Support routine system maintenance, updates, and problem-solving
• Aid in formulating and executing strategies for CRM data management and its integration with other business applications
• Provide technical assistance and training to CRM users
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in CRM technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer sicience, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP or PRINCE certified
• More than 5 years of IT working experinece, which at least 3 years in APM role
• Proven experience in supporting and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM systems
• Strong understanding of CRM data management, integration, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
• Exposure to various industry 
• Experience in SI ( solution Intergration) is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
