工作範圍

  • 解答及處理客戶查詢, 提供親切及優質的客戶服務
  • 處理客戶來電查詢及致電客人跟進情況,與客戶保持長遠及良好關係
  • 協助處理客戶預約
  • 為顧客介紹公司產品及服務

職位要求

  • 中五程度或以上
  • 1-2年或以上接待員/文職/客戶服務經驗優先
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請 
  • 沒有經驗的候選人也將被考慮
  • 能操流利廣東話,英語及國語
  • 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作及解決問題
  • 具有基本電腦操作知識 (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words)及懂中英文打字

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner 
  • Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients 
  • Assist to handle client appointments 
  • Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service levels 
  • Provide clerical duties and support ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • HKCEE/DSE or above 
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred
  • Fresh Graduates or candidate with no experience will also be considered
  • Experience in call center or complaints handling is highly preferred 
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin 
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, independent, problem solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
