Division: Network

In this position, you will :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data and customer usage experiences to identify areas for network quality improvement. 
• Prepare reports on network performance and quality, highlighting trends, observed issues, and recommending corrective actions. 
• Provide insightful network quality optimization plans. 
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for network operations. 
• Oversee Network Quality Assurance projects for major events. 
• Formulate comprehensive assurance plans, manage assurance workgroups, supervise progress, and provide post-event reports. 
• Handle other projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in mobile network engineering, operations, or quality management. 
• Extensive knowledge of cellular network technologies (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G), and other wireless protocols. 
• Proficiency in network performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting tools and techniques. 
• Strong understanding of network planning, design, and deployment processes. 
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, testing, and quality assurance tools. 
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. 
• Knowledge of network performance optimization strategies and best practices. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Continuously improve and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
