Job Responsibilities

• Lead accounting staff to complete routine operations & full set of accounts include:

1. Costing
2. Payment process
3. Receipt process
4. Monthly closing

• Prepare various consolidated financial and analytical reports include:

1. AR aging
2. P&L
3. Cash flow

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis include:

1. Budgeting
2. Forecasting
3. Profitability
4. Opex
5. Capex

• Responsible for cosec and business contractual terms
• In charge of annual statutory audit process
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, bankers, legal, tax advisers, etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in accounting, finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience as supervisor especially in MNC / listed co
• Day travel to China office weekly
• Proactive, detailed-mind and “can do“ attitude
• Solid hands-on & reporting to FC / CFO experience
• Good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Qualified Accountant / CPA is a must
