Job Responsibilities:

• Creating technical drawings and plans such as working drawings, site installation details and schematic diagrams for Fire Services Installations and building services systems satisfying site survey data and design specifications.
• Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) to produce detailed and accurate drawings.
• Updating and modifying existing drawings to reflect changes in design or installation requirements.
• Undertaking other project tasks and duties assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Technical Institute student or graduate in Engineering or related discipline;
• Proficient skills in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD is required;
• Completed workshop training with formal testing/assessment in Revit/AutoCAD is preferred;
• Good organization skills and able to work under tight schedule;
• Experience in drafting MEP/B.S. drawings will be an advantage;
• Candidate with less drafting skills/qualifications may apply the post of Junior Draftsman where training will be provided.
