Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Responsible for executing the full cycle of recruitment process including job advertisement posting, candidates screening.
- Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs.
- Plan and execute recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and recruitment talks.
- Help in research of related industry of market trends and bench mark (talent, profiles, salary, benefits, procedures, organization, etc.)
- Prepare for new joiner onboarding logistics and staff orientation.
- Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
- Participating all recruitment/career expos all the time.
Compensation &Benefits
- Assist in C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, final payment, and maintain staff data in HRIS;
- Maintain and update records such as attendance and leave record management, HRIS data, and filing system;
- Participate in regular HR exercises including annual performance review, salary market research, insurance renewal etc.
- Formulate and implement organizational employee training and development policies and programs;
- Prepare Employment contracts & HR letters, notices and announcements.
- Prepare/ review monthly HR reports and HR analysis for department head.
- Assist in dictation, drafting letters, minutes, and other documents.
Others
- Support the all-round general office administration tasks as when necessary.
- Assist in all HR and Admin ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Department head.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experiences;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in HK;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Service oriented with strong sense of responsibility and meticulous;
- Willing to accept new challenges, result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently;
- Adaptive to change and be a change agent to drive changes that support organization development;
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Proactive, detail-minded and always with a willing to do attitude;
- Be proactive, willing to go extra miles and take up challenge in a fast-pacing and changing environment
- Able to travel to China factory when required.
- Immediate available is highly preferable;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
