Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polite, patient, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Post-secondary education with 2 years or above working experience preferably in education
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing (35 wpm)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer

Job Duties:

  1. Provision of support for the Campus Management and Development Unit, General Office Support Unit and Campus Development Committee
  2. To supervise and manage janitors for campus safety and cleanliness, venue setting, roster arrangement, photocopy, etc
  3. To provide clerical and administrative assistance, such as school circulars and notices, school bus arrangement and other duties assigned by the Head of Administration
