Key Responsibilities:

  • Wealth Management Strategy Planning :
    • Develop and implement the company's wealth management strategy in alignment with client needs and market trends.
    • Assess clients' financial situations and design comprehensive financial planning solutions to meet personalized needs.
       
  • Client Relationship Management :
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Enhance client experience by optimizing operational processes and service quality, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
    • Conduct regular communications and feedback sessions to understand client needs and adjust service offerings accordingly.
    • Organize client salons and events to facilitate interaction and engagement among clients.
       
  • Financial Service Provision :
    • Offer a range of financial services including securities trading, funds, wealth management products, financing, and wealth planning.
    • Design appropriate asset allocation strategies to help clients achieve wealth growth and risk control.
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure clients receive optimal investment advice and services.
       
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and develop an efficient wealth management team, providing guidance and support to meet team goals.
    • Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to enhance professional skills and service awareness.
    • Foster a positive team culture that motivates team members to achieve personal and collective goals.
       
  • Market Analysis and Product Development :
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new wealth management product and service opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal asset management departments and external institutions to enhance service quality.
    • Monitor industry trends and adjust service strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
       
  • Data Analysis and Reporting :
    • Collect and analyze client data, providing regular reports to support business decisions.
    • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team and client service effectiveness.
       
  • Budget and Cost Management :
    • Develop and manage the asset management operations budget, ensuring rational allocation and use of resources.
    • Monitor operational costs, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement to maximize profits.
    • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance of various operational activities and propose improvements.
       

Requirements:

  • Education and Professional Background:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, wealth management, business administration, or related fields.
    • Relevant qualifications such as securities, fund, and investment advisory certifications.
       
  • Work Experience:
    • At least 8 years of operational management experience in asset management or financial services.
    • Experience in international corporate operations, familiar with financial markets and products.
    • Strong client relationship management skills, capable of effectively meeting client needs.
       
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Solid knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets, familiar with both international and domestic capital markets.
    • Excellent team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiar with relevant regulations and compliance requirements, possessing good risk management awareness.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
