We are the regional office of Berndes, a German Cookware brand, which manufacture & distribute high quality cookware within the Asia Pacific region.  To support our business expansion in Asia Pacific region, we are now seeking for high caliber talents to join our company and grow with us.

Senior Retail Supervisor 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees sales and operations in stores
• Oversea market support i.e. orders/shipping 
• Monitor daily sales performance and update sales report for management review.
• Implement Sales and Operational systems and discipline in stores
• Communicate with department stores for ad.hoc planning and scheduling the promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory replenishment planning and control on different product mixes to ensure right and adequate products in stores
• Work coordinate with Admin team for Roster/duly plan 
• VM, VM materials, ensure neat and attractive merchandising display in stores,
• Work coordinate with the team to develop retail programs, events and projects 
• Follow up order placement with affiliates
• Prepare a promotional plan monthly, and marketing sense is needed.
• Follow up new product development with manufacturers.  

Requirements:  

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other business discipline
• At least 3 years'' retail operation experience
• Experience in the cookware industry will be an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, independent, customer-oriented
• Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills to enhance staff morale
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English & Putonghua
