Job responsibilities :

  • Assist and support the Management Team to plan, organize and manage the marketing promotion campaigns
  • Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project run smoothly from start to finish
  • Collaborate with clinics to ensure effective communication and coordination with out operations team regarding date and details.
  • Assist in event execution, handle logistic and setup and move-in for event participants.
  • Assist to organize health events, seminars, exhibitions and briefing sessions
  • Assisting in content writing for digital marketing such as company website, facbook, wechat, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments when required
  • 5.5 working days per week

Job requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related
  • Min. 1 year experience (preferred in healthcare Industry)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Highly motivated, independent, and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and project management skill
  • Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
