Your Mission

Your role is to empower our clients by addressing their business challenges with insightful consumer research. You’ll handle projects from start to finish, diving deep into clients' needs, crafting compelling proposals, designing tailored methodologies, conducting moderation, and delivering powerful, strategic debriefs. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking as we seek a future partner, not just an employee.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer insight, consulting, or strategic planning
• Proven success in building long-term client relationships and managing key projects.
• Strong analytical skills to convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Passion for the automotive, finance, and tech sectors.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
