Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile games, App web development.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement end-to-end game experiences with a customized motion gaming library using Unity.

•⁠ ⁠Construct a backend platform for processing usage data.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with CEO, COO, CTO, engineers, and designers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

•⁠ ⁠Integrate art assets seamlessly into Unity while preserving artistic vision and adhering to technical constraints for optimal performance on minimum-spec mobile devices.

•⁠ ⁠Enhance product performance and user experience through comprehensive testing, debugging, and iterative development.

•⁠ ⁠Engage in agile development methodologies to ensure effective sprint planning, task prioritization, and team collaboration.

•⁠ ⁠Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in game development, software engineering, and emerging technologies to foster innovation.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement AI-driven pipelines for tasks such as real-time human pose estimation, activity recognition, and other related applications.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or a related technical discipline.

•⁠ ⁠3-5+ years of experience ideally in game and software development, with a focus on 2D/3D Games, Hardware and Firmware Integration, and optimizing game production in both 2D and 3D.

•⁠ ⁠Experience and knowledge in software development for app web development with expertise in React Native, Expo, or related technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for backend integration in mobile games.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Unity, C#, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React Native and Next.js.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of game design principles, software engineering concepts, and SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).

•⁠ ⁠Experience with version control systems such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile and embedded platforms, including memory management and asset compression.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multithreaded environments and optimize game performance for low-end devices.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in working with localization tools and implementing multilingual features in mobile games or applications.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of the integration of software and hardware in AR/VR products, including camera sensor integration for motion-sensing games, hardware digital protocols (I2C, SPI, USB), real-time systems, embedded software development, and GPU architecture

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch support and updates.
