Requirements:

• Certificate or above education level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer service in ecommerce or online business
• Good PC skill in MS word, excel and able to speak mandarin
• Good team player , good communication skill & self -motivated

Responsibilities:

• Support daily online business operations, including order follow up , goods delivery arrangement, update new products launched & promotion and inventory control
• Prepare and update sales report monthly
• Assist in some marketing events project if necessary
• Provide good customer service and handle their enquiries
