Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end product and customer offer campaign design and implementation across agency, bancassurance and broker channel
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research on product proposition to create compelling customer offer campaigns
• Work closely with bank partner, distribution team to promote client upselling and cross-selling programs and internal communications for incentive programs
• Conduct campaign evaluation and monitoring to ensure effective implementation of client incentive

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in campaign marketing
• Familiar with insurance products and designing customer incentive programs
• Familiar with excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent Chinese and English
