This is a hands-on leadership role where you will  oversee IT operations, spearhead software development projects, and ensure seamless execution of our application ecosystem . You will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our service delivery and user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅  Lead IT operations  to ensure seamless service delivery and system efficiency across the organization.

✅  Oversee the full software development lifecycle —from planning and development to deployment and optimization.

✅  Manage and execute application development projects , ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.

✅  Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and system architecture design , leveraging full-stack development expertise.

✅  Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including IT, product management, and business leaders, to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

✅  Ensure application performance, security, and scalability , implementing best practices for system reliability.

✅  Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues , ensuring a seamless digital experience for internal and external users.

✅  Stay ahead of emerging technologies  to drive continuous innovation and efficiency in IT solutions.

✅  Manage vendor relationships , ensuring successful partnerships and high-quality project execution.

What We’re Looking For

✔️  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .

✔️  8+ years of experience in project management and software development , with  3+ years in a leadership role .

✔️ Proven expertise in  full-stack development , including both frontend and backend technologies.

✔️ Hands-on experience with  JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar programming languages .

✔️ Strong knowledge of  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices .

✔️ Experience in  database management, API development, and system integrations .

✔️  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills .

✔️ Strong  problem-solving abilities  and the ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, high-impact environment .

✔️ Certification in  Project Management or Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMP) is a plus .

✔️  Experience in healthcare technology  is a bonus, but not required.
