eBRAM tasks itself to elevate Hong Kong’s arbitration and mediation services and build capacity to meet the rapidly expanding demand for dispute resolution services across borders by utilizing innovative technologies to enable the city to become a LawTech center and hub for international business dispute avoidance and resolution, in collaboration with global organizations and participating economies such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Belt-and-Road countries and beyond.

eBRAM is committed to attracting new talents to help transform our LawTech systems and operations. We’re now inviting a dedicated individual to join our information technology company to support the legal community in Hong Kong and beyond. As a member of the IT team, the role will participate in developing and maintaining our Deal-making platform, Legal Cloud platform, and flagship Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) systems.


Office Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all-round office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Contact building management office, vendors, supplies and other third parties for facilities maintenance, equipment check-up, contract renewals, leasing matters etc.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to suit the office demands, process office and pantry supplies procurement
  • Manage monthly invoices, arrange for payment and prepare reports
  • Manage and execute HR functions covering appraisal systems, performance benchmarks, recruitment and selection, etc.
  • New staff orientation and regular training to support staff
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave records, staff medical insurance, MPF, etc
  • Prepare relevant weekly/monthly management report
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks

 

Ideal candidate:


  • Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in administrative supervisory role, law firm/dispute resolution institution experience will be an advantage
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Proactive, pleasant, motivated and well organized
  • Good computer skills and well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
