The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. We are seeking a Director of Ad Operation to join our global team.
In this role, you will initiate, manage and grow relationships with our key direct clients and prospects in global market. The responsibility is full-cycle: From solving direct budgets consumption to operation team managing (50% solution providing, 50% team management)
The position offers a fully remote work model.
In this role, you will:
- Fully comprehend advertisers' marketing needs and provide solutions to drive KPIs and goals.
- Interface, negotiate, and develop long-term, high-impact relationships with In-app, h5, web and other verticals. To build long-term partnerships and support the company's growth.
- Network at commercial events & meet-ups within the mobile space to build business relationships and partnerships
- Liaise with our internal technical & operation teams.
- Communicate to HQ the clients' data and needs.
- Manage the opertaion team and each crew members' monthly KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management/Analyst roles in mobile advertising/ gaming industries and at least 2+ years of experience in Team Management.
- Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.
- Must be data-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
- High level of written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate complex models and concepts
- Well understand the Attribution third-party monitoring platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Appmetrica etc.
