Responsibilities:

• Support the IT Specialist in tasks related to site preparation, including the design, installation, and configuration of systems and networks, as well as conducting acceptance tests and preparing documentation.
• Oversee the administration and ensure smooth hardware, software, and network system operations.
• Implement updates, patches, and fixes to maintain system functionality and security.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Requirements:

• A Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Planning and managing site preparation, including network sizing, implementation, and providing relevant support services.
  • Performing system configuration, installation, integration, interface management, and optimizing system performance.
  • Conducting data modeling, maintaining data dictionaries, and managing database construction and optimization.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
