Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a team in a fast-paced and MNC setting
Demonstrated proficiency in managing overseas offices and collaborating with international teams
Skilled in planning and executing complex travel arrangements
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Chinese
Strong organizational abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and adept at multitasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and tackle challenges proactively
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships across all levels
Positive and professional attitude with a proactive approach
