About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Clerk to join our team at Daniel Tong Chartered Architect & Associates Limited. This is a part-time role based in our Causeway Bay Wan Chai District office, offering flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accounting 
• LCCI Intermediate or above
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Undergraduate will also be considered, Retires are welcome
