職責 :

• 一般大廈主管工作    General duties of Building Supervisor
• 處理客戶查詢、投訴及突發事件    Handling customers' enquiries, complaints and urgent affairs
• 一般物業管理及客戶服務工作   General property management and customer service duties
• 安排保安員工作崗位   Arranging posts for security guards
• 督導前線員工工作   Supervising front-line staff
• 一般文書處理及撰寫報告   General clerical work and preparing reports

資歷 :

• 中七程度  Secondary 7
• 5年經驗   5 Year(s) Experience Required
• 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語   Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English 
• 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文   Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
• 持有保安培訓課程證書（QAS）  Security Training Course Certificate (QAS)
• 持有保安人員許可證  Security Personnel Permit
• 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel
• 懂中英文電腦操作  Eng/Chi PC operation
• 持有物業管理人第二級牌照或以上  

待遇 :

• 每月$16,000 - $19,000
• 有超時工作補假 及年假14天  with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Annual Leave 14 days
• 星期一至五: 上午9時半至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時半至下午1時
• 每週工作5天半, 每天工作 8.5 小時, 間中需要超時工作
