職責 :

• 一般大廈主管工作 General duties of Building Supervisor
• 處理客戶查詢、投訴及突發事件 Handling customers' enquiries
• 安排保安員工作崗位 complaints and urgent affairs
• 督導前線員工工作  Arranging posts for security guards 
• 一般文書處理及撰寫報告  Supervising front line staff, General clerical work and preparing reports
• 監控保安系統 Controlling and monitoring the security system

資歷 :

• 專上教育：文憑/證書  Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate)
• 8年經驗  8 Year(s) Experience Required
• 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語   Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English
• 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文 Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
• 懂電腦文書處理 Word-processing
• 持有保安培訓課程證書（QAS） Security Training Course Certificate (QAS)
• 懂Microsoft Office 
• 懂中英文電腦操作
• 持有物業管理人1級牌照

待遇 :

• 每月$18,000 - $25,000
• 有超時工作補假, 雙糧 及年假14天  with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay and Annual Leave 14 days
• 星期一至五: 上午9時半至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時半至下午1時
• 每週工作5天半, 每天工作 8.5 小時, 間中需要超時工作
